What can you look forward to
We have a special children's corner in the museum premises - special in the sense that it is intended for visitors of all ages, as we believe that everyone can enjoy building with Lego. If you would like to continue building even after opening hours, visit our super-equipped store, where you will find current LEGO® building blocks, limited sets and exclusive LEGO® products that are hard to find in the Czech Republic. The store is also a paradise for minifigure collectors and spare parts seekers.
The rarities of the Museum of Bricks in Kutná Hora are unique models of the Kutná Hora monuments of Kostnice and the Church of St. Barbora. In addition to them, visitors can look forward to another thousand models. The exhibits of the indoor spaces lead visitors to the outdoor exhibition spaces. There, children can also enjoy a large trampoline and a slide, while parents treat themselves to coffee with desserts and ice cream from our cafe.
Some numbers to give you an idea - on an area of 150 m2 there are more than 1,000 unique models. The already mentioned replica of Kostnice was built from more than 50,000 bricks.
The adjacent Hotel Museum of Bricks Kutná Hora, in addition to comfortable accommodation, also offers plenty of experiences for children and adults. Adventure awaits even outside the walls of the museum. The centre of Kutná Hora, the local Church of St. Barbora and the Cathedral of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary in Sedlec are part of the Czech UNESCO monuments. At the same time, visitors will learn something more about the history and development of the LEGO® brand and a lot of interesting things on top. For example, did you know that Lego used to be made of wood?

Unfortunately dogs are not allowed. In order to ensure cleanliness and hygiene not only in the play areas for children but in the entire museum, it is necessary that the animals stay outside.
Our museums strive to create the most pleasant environment possible for all visitors. Unfortunately, some entrances to our museum are not barrier-free, which may cause inconvenience to visitors with strollers or wheelchairs. Barrier-free museums are only in Špindlerův Mlýn and in Hatě near Znojmo. Yes, we accept benefit vouchers for the payment of admission to the Museum of Bricks from the following companies: Sodexo meal voucher and card, Edenred meal voucher and card, Sphere card. Benefit vouchers cannot be used to purchase LEGO.
In case of purchase at the store, only exchange of goods is possible. In the case of a LEGO purchase via the Museum of Bricks e-shop, the conditions stipulated by law apply, i.e. exchange within 14 days and according to our terms and conditions.
